Location

Buffalo continues to grow every day and the Larkin Center of Commerce is at the heart of it all. You’re minutes from our breathtaking waterfront, some of Western New York’s best restaurants, the city’s most innovative business and research centers, professional sporting events and the Canadian border. In 2002 the Larkin at Exchange building ignited the revitalization of the district we now know as Larkinville. Eight years later the Larkin Center began its emergence in the maturing neighborhood. Continued rejuvenation by the Larkin Center and neighboring developers has led to a thriving market accommodating an assortment of uses from office and retail to residential and light manufacturing.

Community

Community is what we all depend on, to work, to learn and to live. Supporting our Western New York community is an important piece of the fabric woven into the culture here at the Larkin Center of Commerce. That culture has been cultivated by the building's leadership who belive that supporting our community is not just an act, but a way of life. Community is at the heart of the Larkin Idea and we believe in its benefits. Our integrated approach doesn’t stop at how we’ve developed the Larkin Center of Commerce, but how we believe is the best way to thrive. Your space guarantees you a spot alongside the area’s leading organizations, in a holistic business setting. Our tenants have told us that this environment has given them professional resources they never anticipated. The Larkin Center of Commerce aims to nurture not just a healthy work environment, but a memorable after-work one as well: employees frequently stay to enjoy events in the evening and on weekends. Between area food trucks, local musicians performing, 5K runs and a plethora of interesting shops nearby, we know your interest will be piqued.
